Welcome to the Video Pod Chronicles
Our Yorkie Claire loves digging in the sand in Ocean Park, Maine, where we spent the night during our current holidays sojourn in New England. In the summer this beach is belly-to-butt full of sun worshippers. I love its emptiness in December.
This is the alpha test of a new era in my video blogging. I am switching from HipCast to Blip.tv for hosting, and the result has been a noticeable improvement in the quality of the video images on the internet. I'm also renaming this creation Video Pod Chronicles, sad to part with the "Mile High" identity, but happy to have my podcasts understandably organized into Audio Pod Chronicles and Video Pod Chronicles. My plan is to upload an APC episode each Friday and a VPC episode each Monday. Comments for both will be welcome at PodChronicles@gmail.com .
Welcome to the Video Pod Chronicles. I hope you enjoy the show!

94 Arlington Street Church
While staying in Cambridge, Darlene and I enjoy attending Sunday services at Arlington Street Church in Boston, a Unitarian-Universalist church with a long and proud history. Yesterday was a Christmas carol and readings service, with the dedication of a new member and the singing of "Happy Birthday" to a member who wad dedicated in 1917. I also had a chance for a sidewalk interview with Fran, a member of Arlington Street Church, about what drew her to attend, and how she met her wife there.
