Traveling Light to Paradise
Here's the view out the door of the internet cafe on St. Thomas where I've been uploading a 13-minute video I put together yesterday and this morning, chronicling our adventures during a Philadelphia layover last night. It took way longer than I expected to get the video on the internet, and now we're running late for the ferry to St. John. So here's a video podcast of reality travel to paradise:

Le Podcast
Françoise Philippe, our friend visiting from Cannes, France, spoke with me this morning about what she misses most in France when she is staying in Denver, and about what she likes best about coming here. We spoke mainly in French, with some translation into English as I went along. It was great fun, but listening to the interview makes me very glad Darlene and I are signed up for another month in October of this year at L’Institut de Français in Villefranche-sur-mer. This bilingual episode of the Mile High Pod Chronicles is about 13 minutes long.
